Mines doing this too. X99 Deluxe with 10.11.3 now and the latest drivers. It used to check Nvidia Web Driver on Yosemite. It appears to be accelerated, but I do notice on the login screen the blur effect on the background looks like its low color. Once logged in things look ok.

My sound was working with VoodooHDA, but after installing Windows and having fun with some UEFI issues this last time I booted up I had the device but no sound. Everything else works.
