Not out of the box, but it will work. I plan to start with UtterDisbelief's thread for the RX560 setup and see how it goes.
Unfortunately, real Macs with this video chip or similar chips are having the same issue. We're either waiting for Apple to fix with an update or purchasing new cards. I'm waiting one more update. If that doesn't fix it, I'll purchase a new card.
Thanks. I Need to check mine as well. I'm getting radom intermittent boot errors with "Boot fails with Error allocating 0x#### pages at 0x####... alloc type 2" since the last update. I've tried all the solutions, but no luck so far.
Same issue as above but I used my UniBeast USB drive to boot into my system and replaced the file. Copied OSXAptioFix2Drv-64.efi to the USB drive before upgrade. Had to reboot twice. First time received circle with line, second time booted into system.
I'm on board for one of these as well, but plan to wait for the 1GB version. As for the noise, I currently use an AMD 6870, the egg crate version with the single fan, which is loud. I finally replaced the cooling with an Accelero Monoplus 120mm heatsink and fan and I can't be happier. Super...
I'm interested in the same cooler, so I would like to know as we'll. I've seen videos of someone building a hack using this cooler but doesn't mention using the USB cable. Have you tried it without the cable?
No problem after update. Never installed FakeSMC plugins so no reboot KP. After reboot, fixed audio with multibeast and so far, everything looks good.
