Great, Im attaching the changes Sanity checker report just to be sure. Big Sur in my opinion is amazing in performance. The systems are much more snappy and I saw a gain in performance also. Very happy so far! The issues I had before with my main system were due to my 2nd ssd that had windows...

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately I stopped these processes by "force quit" in activity monitor but still have the issue. It's something else that I cannot find for long time. My 2nd hackintosh which is almost the same as my main doesn't have these issues and all plugings are installed also...

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Unfortunately I just updated to 10.15.7 supplemental update and the issue came back. Nevertheless Im posting here all the changes I made from Sanity checker. I think what worked from all of these is the ig-platform-id which I changed it to "0300913E". I will prepare another 0.6.3 EFI and replace...

    Software Update Safari 14.0

Hello, is there any way to revert the update? Top sites was my favourite and I was using it all the time. Apple should have notify that after the update it will be removed.

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

FCPX will work without issues if I open it when I login to macOS. If I do other things like browsing, emails etc it will boot again but I can't export and can't quit also (only force quit). Im not sure about the time after 1st login but if I say 20-30 minutes after login then its 100% sure that...

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

I think that I won't get away from a fresh installation this time. CaseySJ do you suggest to try a fresh installation with Opencore this time? Is it a better method than Clover? Do we have enough succeed cases?

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Yes I reset NVRAM from the OpenCore w/o luck. After that I couldn't boot even w/o usb. It was booting from my 2nd ssd at win10. With F12 I couldn't also boot and windows was loading again. So I tried a cold boot. Got into Bios and loaded optimized settings. Then restart and put the settings from...

Apple Announces "3rd Transition" for macOS: From Intel CPUs to Apple Silicon

Apple won't kill their fresh Mac Pro line computers in 2 years... no way! And I can't find any easy way to be able to switch motherboards with new chips inside. The transition will start from the bottom and will need some time to reach high end computers! DO NOT afraid my fellow hackintoshers...

Apple Announces "3rd Transition" for macOS: From Intel CPUs to Apple Silicon

As for my work which includes video editing, color grading and photo editing, my needs are mostly powerful cpus with many cores and great gpus. Im sure that Apple needs a lot of time to be able to compete with cpus at that level. At the end of the day it's not only about how their operating...
