So my friend and I are trying to get his rig running Yosemite. We have got it running mavericks before and now we want to get Yosemite working.
His system specs are:
R9 290 4GB
Intel E5 V2 8 core Ivybridge Xeon. (Intel Confidential model)
2 x 2gb Geil Extreme DDR3.
MSI Z77A-GD55 Bios Ver 11.1
Geforce GTX 980 4GB
240GB Crucial M500 SSD
Bios setting for install:
Enabler IGD as primary
Create standard Unibeast drive
Boot to USB (Boot Flags Needed: nv_disable=1)
Wipe Drive that will have the OS on it.
Reboot in to Mac...
So I have had a ball ache to get my GTX 980 working with OS X 10.10 but now it's working but the problem I have is that it only works on DVI and not HDMI so I only have one screen. I know that 10.10 only came out yesterday but I would like to get it working ASAP :P
