    AppStore updates are not shown

I have noticed similar behavior. When I navigate to the updates sections of the App Store, many times the apps that need updated do not show automatically. I dug around in the menus and found a refresh button. Pushing command+R to refresh the updates also works. Then the apps that need updated...

Black Screen After Apple Logo Loading Screen

I ran into this issue as well upgrading to Catalina 10.15.1. If you have processor with integrated graphics, try entering the BIOS and changing the setting to display output using the integrated graphics only. That’s what I did. Then connect your monitor to your mother board. Then boot up the...

macOS 10.15 Catalina is Now Available on the Mac App Store

You sir, you are the real MVP. I copied the SSDT-EC.aml file to the patched directory and boom, I was able to upgrade to Catalina. During the install, I waited at a black screen for close to 20 minutes, even with an NVME drive. I was patient, and I was successfully able to upgrade...

    Bad gaming issues

Here is a sample of the gaming performance I get with my Hackintosh. Sorry for no audio. Gaming is a little better without recording the screen. Overall not bad. In windows though, the game is smooth as silk. Cheers.

App store locks system up hard

Can confirm, also worked for me. I have a mostly vanilla install and all I did was open MultiBeast 11.1.0 and install Drivers > AppleALC. App store no longer locks up.

    Quicklook Doesn't Preview jpgs, mp3 nor mp4.

This solution worked for me, hopefully it helps more people as well. All I had to do was enter the bios settings and change CPU graphics multi-monitor setting from disabled to enabled.

[Solved] Clover will not boot last booted volume

I do not exactly know why, but this worked for me. I had Sierra installed and the LastBootedVolume function worked as intended. I upgraded to High Sierra and then lost this function. However, after performing this workaround, I regained the LastBootedVolume function. Thank you very much for your...

Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 on macOS

I wanted to share my success because I could only find a little material about Radeon Vega cards. I installed a Sapphire Radeon Vega 64 limited edition card and it works admirably right out of the box. I am using a 4k LG monitor and a 1080p Dell monitor in my system. The highest resolutions are...

Update Directly to macOS High Sierra

Yah I'm waiting for either Radeon Vega 64 cards to come back down in price, or NVidia to publish web drivers for High Sierra for their pascal cards. Whichever happens first, I'm not picky.

Update Directly to macOS High Sierra

Wow, thank you so much to the amazing Admins and community members here. This guide to directly update from Sierra worked to a T. Could not be happier with my hack. The only thing that doesn't show is my 4790k overclocks to 4.8 Ghz. Keep up the great work!
