Current EFI is also compatible with macOS Catalina public beta 4. You can install it from the App Store; no additional settings are required.
It's not "bad". My build uses eGPU for video output, not HD 630. And your i5 9600K has nothing to do with it.
ig-platform-id seted to 0x3E920003. This is used when the iGPU is only used for compute tasks (QuickSync), and doesn't drive a display.
I updated some kexts and Clover to the latest versions. Everything works great.

If you want to use F12 BIOS, then you need to make it Hackintosh friendly. Also, you will need to enable iGPU even if you are going to use eGPU. All other settings are up to you. I overclocked RAM, undervolted CPU and disabled build in RGB.
You can check my settings, but your Hack may fail...

To run the final version of macOS 10.14.5, I had to make some changes to my configurations.
I changed SMBIOS to 19.1
It gives much better CPU power management...
Success! Now everything works: USB, USB Power, sleep, iGPU acceleration. I've attached my EFI (all kexts in Other) and pmset -g settings. You can dig in it.
Tomorrow I will write details about the update to 10.14.5 and all the changes that I made. Now I need to sleep :)
