last thing I can suggest, try re configuring your USB ports and remove xhciportlimit patch if you're using that

try checking in your bios, make sure peripherals are enabled such as 'SD" card.

is your dvmt set higher than 64mb? I see that it is. have you tied using the discrete GPU?

try adding these in device properties. try changing your kext loading order in your config.plist. Put WEG at the top where LILU is and also add -igfxmpc to boot args. give that a try and report back

yes you will have change battery and cable to install 2 ssd. yes you can dual boot with macOS and windows. you won't need to change anything with my EFI
