I switched over to OC today and got restored back to macOS Catalina. Big Sur seems too buggy at the moment for me.
If you want to use OC, you must set the following BIOS option for the z170-Deluxe.
Boot\CSM (Compatibility Support Module):
Launch CSM...
I think it’s a bug in Big Sur. I have two display port monitors, different models and they are shown as matching displays which is incorrect. My main 1440p display shows as 1080p and I can’t change the resolution to 2560x1440.
Upgraded to macOS 11.1 Big Sur with Clover r5127.

Hi, I hear the chime when the Clover menu loads, not after. Not entirely sure about the PlayAsync check-box but I think that is only for the chime to trigger. Not sure if there is some delay property either.

Same thing happened to me on the first time I ran the update. I had to reinstall macOS and restore from Time Machine. I didn't run the combo update the 2nd time, just did the update from the MAS. I would make sure that you run the Clover installer from MultiBeast for Catalina just in case...
