    Sure, it’s the same Thunderbolt card I use with no issue in my X299 system. Maybe it could be because there is no Thunderbolt menu in BIOS of the motherboard, so no settings available?

    I've 128Gb of Corsair Dominator Platinum and this problem appear only with this 3203 bios version. WIth 2002 i've never had that problem with same cpu and same ram so i don't think it's a bad IMC.

    @izo1 i changed your HS02 to HS01 because in my system that is the internal BT port and it's ok now...just a curiosity why did you set your SMBIOS as MacPro7,1? and not as imacpro1,1? And i've gpu to 3rd slot and TB on 2nd do i have to change something in your conf?

    Maybe you should use a custom kit. I bought with my 9980XE (i'm waiting for my new 10980XE) an EKWB kit...i've low temp even if i stress my cpu in windows apps! A custom kit is the best choice IMHO. Please can you share your EFI?
