I have never had missing drivers appearing in Windows and I haven't heard of anyone else in this thread having them either. Is there anything in Windows that doesn't work because of this issue? One of the other tabs should give you details about which device is having issues.
The current Adobe BETA apps work without patching, eg Illustrator. I expect this is Adobe working with Apple to remove Intel specific code from the apps, so that their ARM chips will run unhindered by that.
The patches are a just a couple of simple scripts that takes a second or so to run.

Most operating systems nowadays use UTC time. However Windows still uses Local time by default, which can/will cause issues if you dual boot.
In Windows change the time service to use UTC. Just search google and there are plenty of instructions on how to do that.
