    OpenCore boot menu

Hi, I'm using OpenCore as my bootloader. It's boring but reliable. I'm used to Clover with all the themes etc., and I understand that this is not possible with OpenCore. But I'm running OC on both of my build and the boot menu differs. Below pictures are examples, not actual pictures of my...

    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

This is correct. However, I seem to fixed it already a while ago (I'm not even sure how I did it anymore, I played around with the commands and after a few reboots it was working the way I wanted it to). When I'm migrating to Big Sur, I will try this again ;-)

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

It seems that they retracted 5120 for now and marked at as a pre-release (only the zip files are available on GitHub). 5119 works great tho, so no rush needed to update :)

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Just a small warning from my side, I just updated clover to v5120, but it screwed up my EFI and was unable to boot. I already updated it to 10.15.6 (which is working perfect), and after that, I wanted to update the just released Clover V5120. I placed my Clover V5119 backup back and it works...

Apple Previews macOS 11.0 Big Sur - Available Fall 2020

I think it was Craig or Tim that said they continue releasing their scheduled intel Macs, so I’m sure support it will be a lot longer then that. I think we don’t have to worry (For now).

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

@trs96 okay, I got it working. Seems I needed my Windows 10 to convert from ide/ata to AHCI by doing: Right-click the Windows Start Menu. Choose Command Prompt (Admin). Type this command and press ENTER: bcdedit /set {current} safeboot minimal Then I changed the bios to AHCI again. Now it...

    The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

when I disconnect the macOS ssd it also gives me the blue screen. edit: it seems that switching between ATA and AHCI in the bios makes a difference. - when selecting ata Windows 10 boots and MacOS doesn’t. - when selecting AHCI MacOS boots and Windows 10 doesn’t.
