Lately I've been having a problem with my build crashing one time a day, its no big deal, I just have to force restart and I'm back working in a couple minutes but its really odd that is crashing one time per day while using Pro Tools.
The screen would just go black, sometimes...
@izo1 @djlild7hina Thanks for your answers! I had my thunderbolt BIOS settings as per KGPs guide. I had to change the
Thunderbolt USB Support and Thunderbolt Boot Support to enabled for it to work properly.
I'm now up and running in Movaje :D
Yes, that's the first thing I tried. What is odd is in Windows it wasn't working either. When I removed the thunderbolt drivers and reinstalled, it worked on Windows again. But when going back to macOS it wouldn't work
I've been using High Sierra for a while, everything worked great. Thunderbolt worked great, I didnt had hot plug but I dont really need it.
Anyway... Today I installed 10.14.4 and my thunderbolt is not working. I'm using the GC Titan Ridge adapter and it appears to be properly...
Do you have a power table I could use in the Vega SSDT to undervolt the Nitro+ Vega 64? I started reading about underclocking and undervolting the Vega 64 I just don't feel confident yet to start messing with the P States and fan speeds.

You don't need to go that far, my i9-7900X wouldn't be anywhere near the 4.5 GHz (sync all cores) I'm running it at with an air cooler. I'm with you, I wouldn't recommend running this CPUs on air cooling.
