I followed your guide exactly when I ran into the AMFI denying core dump issue. Except I am running a freshly installed 10.15.6 and a freshly built v17 of the patch, but I'm only getting HD2000 with this same motherboard you have with just integrated graphics.
I also have the same...
Hi @UtterDisbelief I finally tried a reinstalled mojave, and updated hackintool, uninstalled FakePCIID_XHCIMux. Still not seeing 15 USB ports activate in Hackintool like they do for Stork's Build. But IORegistry and Hackintool seem to be matching up. I'll attach screenshots. Either way it seems...
Interesting. I did remove this ktext which I think I had installed with Multibeast. Just like you said now those USB3 ports are back under the XHC in IOReg. I'm still getting good speeds with my 60MB/sec CF card over USB3.
Also Hackintool now recognized 2 of the 6 USB ports in back, but only...
Thank you for taking a look @UtterDisbelief :)
I tried going to CsrActiveConfig 0x67, but Hackintool shows the same behavior. Attaching Screen Shot of Hackintool, Ioreg output, config.plist, and screenshot of ktexts on EFI and /L/E
I tried my USB 2.0 card reader with a 2GB SD card "Small USB"...
Hi Stork. Great Guide!
I'm running into trouble using Hackintool to make an SSDT for the USB ports. :banghead:
I installed the four rename patches with Hackintool, but now when I plug in my USB device, it has no effect on Hackintool, I can't see any new active ports. I have the padlock open...
Update: Still no luck with the occasional freeze after sitting idle for a day or two a few hours.
I'm attaching Rehabman's problem reporting files. Hopefully someone can help me with what I have wrong?
Update: I unchecked System Preferences > Security & Privacy Require password after sleep or...
Yes I'm getting the same error on my 2011 H67N Build. But I did press F2 and F4 and I do have 2 items in EFI/CLOVER/misc/ and 15 items EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/origin. hmm...
This tool works on my Z390 build. Except I do have to do the IOreg manually.
Maybe the H67N is failing because it's a legacy...
I'm setting up my Z390 Designare.
I was trying to copy files from a z77 Yosemite build using SMB file sharing in the finder and it wasn't working. I was able to send files form the z77 build to the z390, but then the finder kept crashing, after force quits and restarts, on the z390 when I tried...
This is a beautiful thread @CaseySJ !!
My build is looking good, but I've tried everything to get the HDMI port working. I've read this thread, I've done the Framebuffer patching, and it matches what's suggested in a number of places, but still for me I get a black screen after Clover over...
I'm just working on my new Z390 build, and this seems to fix my slow WiFi after Wake-up from sleep with my Fenvi T919 card. My local router pings would go from 2-3ms to 200-300ms and 8% dropped packets.
So far, they seem to be staying in the 2-3ms range.
Thanks @interdasting !!
Success with a fresh High Sierra install.
I got a working Mojave install, but was having trouble getting clover to work properly. If I copied my USB EFI partition to my SDD EFI partition, I had a limited resolution. And then I came across this post that Mojave no longer supports...
JJavman, have you fixed this problem? I'm on 10.12.5. I just re-ran multibeast 9.1 and checked HD3000 support and the graphics issue got better, but i still have to restart sometimes to clear then graphics glitches which are just as you describe.
haven't tried HDMI sound.
but for a while my new clover / sierra install was showing HD2000, but now i just ran the new multibeast 9.1 (instead of 9.0.1 which i had run originally) and i'm showing HD3000 and finally no more little graphics glitches!
Same Problem Here.

I have an old TV installed with a 30' component video run. I have a switch that sends either my HD cable box signal or my DVD player signal to the TV. I'm trying to add my latest machine to that switch.
I got an HDMI to component converter box. The Altona hd 420. It works great on my mac book...
[Updated] Stork's Thunderbolt Build: i5-3570K | GA-Z77X-UP5-TH | GTX 650 Ti | Mountain Lion
what bootloader are you running? are you still on chameleon 1.11?
i never updated to chameleon 2.0. maybe 2.0 would help with graphics speed?
well i wish i could give you a more quantifiable feedback, but roughly it's this:
i don't do any gaming. the hardest i make the machine work is during video encodes from After Effects & FCPX. some of those exporters only use one or maybe 2 cores. i can't remember which, but only one encoder...
great build you've got going too! i like what you've done with your cooling as well! I might add an intake fan on the bottom too, just to try to build more positive pressure inside.
your BIOS edit for my POST screen issue worked perfectly! :-D
i'm going to try your 3rd...
Were you experiencing little half secound audio dropouts? or no audio at all? I've been using the orange C/Sub out for the past several hours with no audio dropouts yet, as per the thread mentioned above: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/70741-alc898-audio-dropouts-rear-jack-only.html.
