Running a Quad Boot System with Following using Clover...
1. Yosemite 10.10.5
2. El Capitan 10.11.2
3. Windows 10 Pro
4. Linux Mint 17.3 MATE Edition
I don't do any professional use with them this is my hobby only. Between the two Mac OSes Yosemite runs perfectly except USB 3.0 ports...
Facing the same issue since 10.11 to 10.11.2, Wakeup from sleep worked perfectly in Yosemite. My rig details are in my signature(R9 280X).
However, USB ports works perfectly in EC without additional kext, in Yosemite, USB 2 devices didn't worked in USB 3 ports.

Anyway I am attaching the modified Disk Utility from Yosemite...
I'm getting the result attached below with only using clover patches also attached below.....can anyone kindly tell me is there any chances of getting better result using custom SSDT? Hardware details are in my signature.
Updated from 10.11.1 Update dmg from apple.com. Completed without a single glitch, all working fine, CloverALC not broken, thanks to Tony, Toleda & Clover Team. But the wake from sleep issue not solved yet, which works perfectly in Yosemite
Just made a fresh install beside my Yosemite partition using clover... Added the keys mentioned here to partially disable SIP to config.plist...... Install went very smooth, running without a glitch.... Thanks for this thread.
