As long as i can use any bluetooth keyboard and mouse ill be happy for now while this project hopefully gets somewhere.
I actually plugged the card into the slot and bluetooth was enabled automatically without any kext. (only the USB fix)
ill try to connect to some other device other then the...
Thats fine but i dont see why talking about Bluetooth on these chips is prohibited on this topic.
since the kext makes the hardware run properly (or at least be recognised properly by the system) i assumed Bluetooth would
get enabled as a by product.
If the Wifi will work thats just another...
I was reading this thread very carefully but i still can't quite understand if Bluetooth works 100%?
i dont really care as much for WiFi, i have a Intel 8260 NGW.
Does the kext activate the bluetooth? people here are not very clear about this...
So technically speaking there is no foresight on macOS going ARM. macOS will stay x86 apparently?
What popped at me even more is the big emphasis they made on Metal and how great Macs are when combined with eGPU's
which kinda gives good hope for further integration of Nvidia graphics maybe even...
Honestly, the hackintosh community has created a huge hype for Apple, most of those using a hack are also buying iPhones.
By the looks of things if this trend continues we could become a huge chunk of the pie, more and more people are looking for alternatives for windows, and also at least half...
So I was kinda wondering...
How good the Intel integrated graphics has gotten? I'm on a 6700k with a dedicated GTX 960 with 4GB, and I have no reference for what kind of performance a top of the line CPU from Intel can get in terms of graphics.
Since the trend is going mini ITX, I'm always...
Hey, I was wondering... does a bad web driver can affect proper shutdown?
Up until today, i was using my hack with half the time shutdown working properly and half of the time the hack would
start if I move the mouse or touch the keyboard even though its all disabled in the BIOS, I never...
How did I JUST found out about this?
This is just amazing, could it truly be? a one-stop shop for all of your web driver needs? is this reality?
I updated to 10.13.3 and updated my web drivers just to find out this combo is from hell, the performance was
so extremely bad I was ready to...
Hey, could you tell me what web driver version you're using?
i just happened to update to 10.13.3 and install latest web drivers and got the exact same experience you're describing.
My solution was to downgrade the drivers to a more stable and unbroken version using this post.
it fixed all of...
I just updated and I get instant reboot the moment the progress bar starts going after clover.
I thought maybe its the APFS file which I forgot to update, but after doing so it still reboots.
Whats the issue? what am I missing?
I have Lilu.kext installed with NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext, maybe...
Well I also have glitchy and laggy transitions in Chrome when going full screen on youtube videos
but then again... with Safari its completely smooth.
If you have that in every single app, I really don't have any idea where's the problem.
it could be just driver issues, it could be HDD/SSD...
What do you mean by "laggy", is the computer slow? unresponsive?
or are you talking about the graphics being very slow and laggy?
It doesn't really matter what it shows in the "about this mac".
If you're talking about your graphics being laggy and glitchy its obviously because the web driver is...
Testing with a backup PSU seems to reveal that my original PSU gone bad.
i'm not sure how or why it happened... but i guess my only option would be to take it to the lab for some testing.
It was always kept clean and dust free, so it cant be anything related to dust.
I've been experiencing some really really odd behaviour in my PC.
it started only recently, and it happened like 4 or 5 times up until now.
Im just doing my business or whatever... watching youtube videos, working on some graphics or some thing
when suddenly out of no where or what ever reason...
Actually yeah, but i dont really remember what exactly i did...
as far as i can remember it think i've uninstalled the app, then did a search with Terminal for all possible leftover files and removed all of them, then restarted, reinstalled and it seems to work fine.
i've used the latest version from your bitbucket just a few days ago, i haven't changed anything on the system
except installing some minor and unrelated apps.
Suddenly right now trying to open up MaciASL does nothing, the app appear to be "running" in the dock but no windows appear...
