I've tried everything and nothing seems to be working. I usually get the issue when the monitor goes to sleep. When I move the mouse... that's the only thing that moves... the rest is frozen there and I have to shut it down :(
I used to have this issue before but nothing like now. It happens way too often with 10.8.3. The screen gets frozen, the cursor moves and audio keeps playing (if i'm playing music) so it is not a kernel panic. I can't do anything else but reboot the computer. Has anyone else experienced this...
Thank you. I was able to compile a DSDT for my motherboard and yes the HD3000 gets recognized but here's the only way I'm able to boot:
1. GE=No & PCIRootUID=1
2. GE=Yes & PCIRootUID=0
Any other combination gives me the gray screen on one screen and nothing on the other.

were you able to look into my issue, it's been a few weeks and I still haven't been able to make airplay work while the nvidia card is installed :(.

I didn't do anything special to install ML. I may be wrong but it should be GE=Yes. I would boot with -f as well. A lot of the times it was enough to let me boot and fix permissions, etc. Right now I'm using Chameleon but the HD3000 gpu was working with Chimera as well on my system.
