    When selecting wallpaper in settings, there are three dynamic options that change based on time of day, Catalina and Mojave have this issue, but the third one does not. This is only accuring with this desktop wallpapers, nothing in the interface and not in Windows.

    We are all having the same problem with the 5700xt being stuck, and something with this config fixes the issue. If that solution can be isolated that would be helpful for everyone, and your problem as well.
