    @Sniki, I and a bunch of T440s users are having trouble getting the bcm94360cs2 wifi card working on Windows. It loads the drivers, detects the adapter, but does not show any networks. Works perfectly under OSX. Would you or any of the users have any insights ?

    i didnt say that. Apple is not going to ship newer macs on icelake. doesnt mean that the community will not find a way to get it working on icelake.

    That'll be a bummer for hackintoshers when apple moves to proprietary chips. They will still have to support intel for another few years after the switch.

    10.15.3 should work just fine. I dont have any experience with Unibeast, so tough to say.

    Also, try F3 or Fn+F3 on clover screen, and see if that shows the OSX installer.

    Your clover is working fine. Most likely something went wrong while creating the Catalina installer. Recheck the steps you used to create the installer - including partitions and file system types.

    Right. Just copy the EFI folder; no other tweaks/post install steps for the trackpad.

    Well.... my trackpad works. I don't have a SATA drive. I have no clues on why the trackpad wont work for so many people :(

    You're right - both 14" and 15" mobos are same. The hinge on top right is different in the 14". It's tough to tell from pics how easy will it be to fix the Apple wifi card and reroute the antenna wires.

    From the picture it appears that the WIFI card will just barely fit in your motherboard. Same about the antenna wires. For comparison, here's mine with apple card+adapter installed:

    Not sure of the 14 inch model, but it fits 15 inch variant. does your motherboard look like this https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-lenovo-ideapad-s340-laptop-on-catalina.288003/post-2059668 ? If that is the case, it will not fit well. see this post for wifi card suggestions...
