[Guide] El Capitan on the Intel Skylake NUC

I can't answer that, but I imagine so. I only have 1 internal SSD and it runs perfectly. If the NVMe doesn't work, I'd just get a 500 GB SSD now that they're really cheap. I doubt that you'd notice any speed difference.

Well...it works perfectly! I created an SSDT-USB.aml with Hackintool. What a great program! After banging my head against a wall all day, you simply fixed the problem in your spare time. I really appreciate all the times you have helped me. I wonder if everyone realizes what a great asset you...

Pastry....I know this is way off topic, but I've recently upgraded an old NUC6i3 to 10.15 after much struggling. I'm happy with the system except for a USB issue. The computer only has 4 exterior physical ports. The front 2 are HS01,HS02,SS01, and SS02. (These all show up in IORegistryExplorer)...

What does your SSDT do? I think mine specified which ports would be used and therefore no uia_exclude was needed. But this is mainly Greek to me.

Is there any advantage in doing that vs. using your SSDT that works? Thanks

What was wrong with my SSDT? I made it by using the SSDT-USB-Template.dsl and modifying it as Rehabman recommended. Looking at your SSDT,which works fine, I don't see any of the data that was in my SSDT, so I'm confused. Is this safe to use long term? Thanks

pastrychef....I'm having trouble getting power out my USB ports to charge my iPad. The iPad shows up but says "not charging". What's really weird is that I added SSDT-USBX.aml to my .../ACPI/patched/ last night. I was sure that it worked last night, and I was getting power. Today it doesn't...
