I think it's impossible because Moutain Lion is a 64 bits OS whereas MSI Wind U100 is a 32 bits computer.
As far as I know, the latest Mac OS you can put on your MSI WIND U100 is Snow Leopard 10.6.8.

I found something very strange : if I connect this ASROCK VISION 3D to a TV monitor, then macOS Sierra boots perfectly every time (but I've got another problem on the TV screen : overscan).
So, the booting problem could be related to my monitor (DELL U2414H) or to the GPU (NVIDIA GT425M) ...
I've got a Lenovo X61T (tablet) and I'll also like ton install Sierra on it.

I own an ASROCK VISION 3D computer on which I installed, a long time ago, Mavericks. I even wrote a tutorial about this installation here.
Now, I installed Sierra on this computer using Unibeast / Multibeast / Clover and the computer has got an erratic booting behaviour : most of the time...
I've tried to install MacOS Sierra on ASROCK VISION 3D 137 B/D using Unibeast / Multibeast and it booted well two or three times, then I changed monitor and now it always reboot to BIOS before the end of the booting process.
Could you help me to find what is the problem ?
FYI, my original iMac (late 2008) has also sleep problems since OS X 10.11.5 (and wake-on-lan problems since 10.11.4), and I cannot manage to fix them.
However, you can know why your Mac wakes up using this terminal command :

Then you have to chose "GeForce 400 series" (and not "GeForce 400M series") and then "GeForce GT420"".
But, I don't think the problem with Mac OS X is related...
I tried this method on my ASROCK vision 3D, but it did not work : I had to reinstall hdaenabler1.kext.
