Did the patch for the nvme stay in place or did you have to reapply it?

I ask this because the 960 evo is NVME. Do the patches still work under 10.12.4? I'm scared to try. It took me forever to get this machine working and right now... it's working like a champ!

Does the 10.12.4 Sierra update affect 960 EVo drives as well? I've already updated clover. Want to update but too scared to lose access. Also, I tried searching for anyone who may have commented on this, but nothing. I know the 950 nvme ssd has issues, but I'm specifically wondering if that also...

LOL. Solved it by flashing BIOS to earlier version from Oct 2013. Worked like a charm!!

Thanks for the heads up. Yes, they are identical. I flashed my second one because it was being recognized as some general ATI card. Now they're both being seen the same way (check pic). I wonder what's going on?

quick question: 1 of my cards is recognized properly, while the other is recognized just as an ati display with no other info. I'm wondering, if I load a vbios with clover, will it apply to both cards or just one? Thanks in advance!

Figured it out and finally got it up and working. If someone needs this info, let me know and I'll try to create a guide for noobs like me.

So I finally got it all up and running. Simply put, I just needed to configure all my settings in multibeast/clover (as well as the nvme spoof) with both cards out. After setting up, I reinserted the cards, and booted up. You won't see any booting info on screen, but eventually it brings up OS X...

Sorry... noob here. When renaming bios rom do you include the "0x" or no. In other words, should my xfx r9 280x be named ox1002_0x6798.rom or 1002_6798.rom? Thanks in advance!
