I ran through all your steps to make a USB, The installer does boot after a while although it has some Kextd stalls, (240s appleacpicpu)

Yeah, same issue here using the latest clover revision but with the same looking config. I'll check out the guide but if anyone has a working config.plist for the T440 on Mojave that would be great if you could post.

Right, so i've reflashed the vbios with a more up to date version of it and there is still no difference to what macOS detects
Although on one of the DVI Ports, MacOS will pick it up but will then make it show no signal again
