BIOS version F21 released, I don't recommend to to update to this version because of description:
"Customers will NOT be able to reverse to previous BIOS version due to major vulnerabilities concerns."
This version has "major vulnerabilities updates", but it may be incompatible with macOS, and...
Disconnect all USB devices (except mouse and keyboard) and try to sleep. Maybe, one of USB devices sent signal to wake up.
I have "intellectual" PSU Thermaltake, it has USB-port and windows software (monitoring of temperatures, power consumption etc.), but when it connected to USB macOS can't...
Yo can use the same EFI and make some additional adjustment which you can find in first post of these thread, just scroll post to "Modifications for Z490 Vision G".
I have Z490 Vision G and it works very well.
I think, it's normal idle power consumption for GPU and GDDR memory on minimal frequncies... I don't know how to reduce it using software methods like SSDT or settings/kexts.
Open your config in OpenCore Configurator, "Device Properties".
Add new device: PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0)
Set properties:
name

IOName

Go BIOS.
Set "CSM Support: Enabled".
Don't save, don't reboot!
Go to GPU options, now you have option "Initial Display Output", set iGPU.
Set "CSM Support: Disabled".
Save and reboot.

Useful information for iGPU users:
if you need 4K@60Hz on HDMI with iGPU UDH 630 (10th gen CPU), you can use this active DP->HDMI adapter:
https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/p/accessories-and-software/cables-and-adapters/adapters/4x90r61023
Tested on my system, works great. Supports HDR!
After macOS installation add boot flag igfxonln=1 to your config.plist to fix a monitor not waking up after sleep (I mean display sleep, not system sleep).
FYI, you can use last BIOS version F20, it works well for me.
You must use DisplayPort, because HDMI port on UHD 630 supports only 4K@30Hz.
USB-C port on Vision G doesn't support display connection.
4K@60Hz via DisplayPort on my LG 27UL650 works well on iGPU
Plz try to set "CPU Base Clock" to 100.0 MHz or 100.01 MHz, not Auto, and test your Apollo Twin.
CPU Base Clock may affect audio USB devices, in "Auto" BIOS sometimes set it on 99.95 MHz or something like that...
Additional info about Z490 Vision G:
BIOS F20 works well (don't forget to disable "Resize BAR")
If you want to use iGPU for image output, you need boot flag igfxonln=1 to fix issue after display sleeps and wakes up - my display didn't wake up without this boot arg. I mean only display sleep...
Do you add information to both, Vision D and G manuals? I see it only in "Vision G adaptation" part, but @Higgie had USB-audio issues on Vision D, and he wrote after setting "CPU Base Clock" it works well.
Nice!
@CaseySJ I think, you need to add informtion about setting "CPU Base Clock" to "100.00 MHz" to BIOS manual, it really very important setting for USB audio devices.
Please, try to set fixed 100.00 MHz (not "Auto") your "CPU Base Clock" in BIOS:

Some information about bus clock or "CPU Base Clock", from Clover documentation:
(c) https://sourceforge.net/p/cloverefiboot/wiki/CPU/
On my very-old system in 2010-2012 (Core 2 Duo) I had the same issues with USB audio interface, I fixed them by setting this parameter correctly in Clover config.
"And one more thing..."
I STRONGLY recommend to set "CPU Base Clock" ("Tweaker" page in BIOS Setup) to 100.00 MHz, NOT "Auto".
With "Auto" setting my system starts with base clock "99.95" MHz (you can check it in "System Info" in your BIOS Setup) and I have some issues (clicks, "digital noise"...
Tested BIOS F20 on my Vision G.
All works fine, but the same comments as for F20d:
1. If you need to change option "Initial Display Output", you need to turn on "CSM Support", change "Initial Display Output" option and then turn off "CSM Support". If CSM Support disabled, you have not option...
