Simple follow this guide : https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/ The only thing you need taking care of is: DISABLE 4GB IO MAPPING FOR T7910.

Problem solved. For a weird reason, I must DISABLE 4GB IO MAPPING. After that, everything goes smooth.
