I am running Big Sur on 4 systems, two of them laptops, a Thinkpad t460 and an ideated s540-14iwl.
So far I have not faced any problems.
All systems are used mostly in office applications (pages - numbers - word - excel) and internet (general usage - mails etc).
Before, I was running Catalina on...

This repo contains the files and scripts to install macOS on the Lenovo T460 family.
This set up is based on OpenCore 0.6.5 and it uses the Intel Wireless -AC 8260 that came with the laptop
Due to file size limitations I posted the Recourses...
Could you please modify current intel wifi kexts for our card (AC 8260) and upload them here?

Its already hackintoshed with open core and Big Sur .....

Its only ACPI files and ACPI section of config.plist
Back up your EFI, replace ACPI folder, replace ACPI section in config.plist
I checked all files in your EFI and I cannot find anything problematic (aside of minor errors and left overs, your EFI needs a general clean up.....)
Try this and report back .
NOTE this is a testing "Frank-EFI-stein" .....
