Just completed the replacement of Samsung 970 Evo 250GB to WD SN750 250GB. My boot time now from the picker menu is 17 seconds! Thanks everyone for the suggestion.
@CaseySJ Do you know why if i have enable iGPU (iMac 19.1 - RX 5700 XT - shikigva=80) i have artifacts/glitches on Youtube at Safari? If i disable iGPU from Bios all videos from Youtube are playing fine.
I have your settings to my config, i have try also with framebuffer enabled and disabled.
Ι believe it has to do something with CPU volts and VSOC volts, because, when I put them on turbo, the problem still exist, but is better and without so many glitches. Also, I try with custom CPU volt and custom VSOC volt without any success.
@CaseySJ, Update for the problem with sound through Thunderbolt 3 UAD Arrow.
I came at my friend's along with my PC to test the Arrow card on my system with a Titan Ridge PCI 2.0 and everything works fine. So the problem should be the Motherboard ? or the CPU ? Any ideas ? Oh my friend is so sad..
Thanks for your answer but my friend uses ZEN 2 - 3600 cpu.
Also we try 0.6.4 and still the same problem with UAD Arrow sound ( choppy, cranking).
It's like the hole pc stuttering if we move the mouse cursor or randomly.
I think that it has to do something with the cpu frequency.
Do you believe that with this process can fix the sound also from Thunderbolt 3 connection? Because I try to play sound trough UAD Arrow - Speakers connected via Thunderbolt 3 cable.
The problem with the sound from speakers through UAD arrow also exist in Windows 10. I don't know if it is Thunderbolt issue or a problem with UAD arrow.
I read from the manual that two sticks of ram should be placed at 2 and 4 slots.
@CaseySJ Thank you so much for this guide. I build one for a friend of mine with the following specs.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 3600
GPU : RX 5700 XT
RAM : 16 GB
WIFI: DW1560 on board
The only problem is with UAD Arrow with sound (choppy, crackling)
@plexi Can a proper custom DSDT to resolve issues with sleep from internal Bluetooth USB header?
Although everything is ok from custom usbport.kext and all the other parts, it seems that my BCM943660CS2 is problematic one.
I suppose you can try it. Take a usb, mount EFI and put there your EFI folder. Make the changes and restart.
Also you have to add SSDT-GPRW to ACPI folder.
