The replacement card was exhibiting the same failure until I removed and reseated the wifi/bluetooth card a couple times and then it all worked fine. No additional Kexts required. all functions working properly. Bluetooth working during boot so can be used at Clover volume selection. Thanks.

@Vuko
Most of us just don't have the same hardware setup as you so can't offer much. We read and hope for the best for you. I'm glad it's working out. Sorry none of us had wise words. Keep it up!
@Gigamaxx :
Thank you for the advice. I'll check.
Just to be prepared, do you happen to know what Kexts would be needed? Checking the Amazon page, neither of those versions is explicitly mentioned so I may get sent either one. Crap shoot.

Folks:
I tried one of these for my BCM943602CS:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07NRYGZ7Q/?tag=tonymacx86c0c-20
It's a BCM943224PCIEBT2/BCM94360CS2/BCM943602CS WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 Card to PCI-E x1 Adapter for PC/Hackintosh by LeHang
But once installed the box would not power up. I've...
Folks:
Following instructions here: How to Set Clover to Automatically Boot System Drive to edit /EFI/CLOVER/config.plist to adjust default boot volume and timeout only half worked. I've set the timeout from 5 to 10 seconds but switching the default from the Rescue partition to the system volume...
RealDirt:
Maybe instead of just reformatting the drive, try deleting and re-creating the partition. Go with HFS+, Mac OS Extended (Journaled) even if it's an SSD. Let the macOS installer convert it to APFS. It seems happier doing so itself.

Hi folks. I followed this guide and ended up with a great High Sierra Hackintosh. I was able to do all updates until it was time to upgrade to Mojave. That wouldn't install. I waited it out and tried Catalina which worked perfectly. I've been able to update right up to 10.15.5 without problem...
I just upgraded from 10.14.4 to 10.15. It took about an hour and went smoothly as described. The audio broke but I re-added the Lilu KEXT and rebooted and that fixed it. All is well.
I see this thread went nowhere six years ago but I'll refresh it by asking too.
I've just put together a Dell Optiplex 7010 (running 10.14.4) that came with a GeForce GT 330. It works fine without it but I thought I could use the better performance with this card.
Any chance of making it work...
@trs96 Thanks for your suggestion. I did read your note and so used the newer r4920 version BUT I didn't inspect all the check boxes so I'll go back and run that again and make sure I've got them. See my reply to @cmn699 in the above posting to see the other details of my progress. I've got a...
Thanks very much. While I was waiting for replies the other day, I looked over the two EFI partitions to see how they differed and saw they don't match at all. Instead of doing a full swap as you've suggested here, I added some from the working to the not-working set. I also saw that the KEXTs I...
Folks:
I'm a Newbie trying my first Hackintosh. I've followed the guide closely I think. I've successfully installed Mojave 10.14.4 on a Dell Optiplex 7010 with onboard HD 4000 graphics and can UEFI boot into it from the Unibeast 9.1.0-8 created installer's Clover boot manager. However, if I try...
