with dGPU? And incorrect platform id would cause other issues. I don't have any device properties in config file (OC).

Unfortunately things changed in worse way with Big Sur. It seems I have to get a AMD gpu if I can find any cheap one

Thanks for your help. I thought I can’t use nvidia to solve DRM, that would be good since there’s plenty of single slot choices unlike AMD

@Edhawk yes I created USB map, using iMac19,1, I haven't tried Mac mini because it won't make difference as I read about DRM (not possible to use in iGPU only systems).

So, still wouldn't help me with iGPU it seems

asking because new Realtek chips have DSD decoding but doesn't work in DoP mode on Mac. USB DAC works as plug&play.

Exactly! I hear almost nothing on Windows 10. I disabled C States but CPU frequency jumping on Mojave and fixed on Windows 10. I hear it when computer idling and simple tasks like Spotify which uses internet, not while benchmarking CPU, RAM or disks.

Everything was perfect(almost) until I installed new RAM. I shut computer down, installed RAM and now it won't detect anymore. HDD works on other USB 2 ports but not on 3. Other devices(mouse etc.) work on this USB 3 ports. Mobo: H370 Gaming Plus CPU: i3-8350K
