Installation went Ok. After boot, no audio. I just ran the audio script and my audio was back. But after running the script I have no internet.
Any one knows a fix?

Yup, finally got it working. Installed the kext from rccollins. Rebooted and and it recognized the card and Bam, got me connected to the world.

You didn't searched. This is what I found here on the forum:
Requires use of the Terminal and UniBeast drive.
How To Do it:
1. Install using UniBeast
2. Boot new installation using UniBeast.
3. Run MultiBeast and install as normal
4. Reboot system back into Lion installer.
5. Run Disk...
Updated with the OS X 10.8.2 Combo Update. Only had to use Kextbeast to reinstall my network and audio. Nothing else, and everything is working perfect.
Using AsRock Z77 extreme4 mobo.
