Interesting. I think if you are on UEFI you no longer need a DSDT, but injecting a display device via SSDT may be necessary, so this may help. Before you mess about with framebuffers you may want to try Lilu/WEG if you haven't already. Have you used IORegistryExplorer to check your display? If...
