I have a i7-8650u KL-R I'm using CpuFriendDataProvider with LFM 400 and Highest performance mode. Looks right to me.

You can use in /L/E but you will need to use a LiluFriend kext too. Older kexts can not work properly on /Clover/Kexts but all the newer kexts works fine.
