I tried everything listed in that link and many other things found here and there but I could not get PM working on my Ivy bridge since Ventura. It was working great before that.
OCLP is designed for real Macs, yes. However it can be used with hacks for patching the system, not for installation. I use it on my Legacy system since 1st release of Monterey, never had a single problem. It is up to you to use it or not.
Two things :
- At the moment you will not get GVA...
It is just the time to launch OCLP and apply the patch. I tested on my Ivy Bridge Hack and I could not boot into safe mode for some reason.
I added to my config.plist NVRAM boot arg : -amd_no_dgpu_accel

I tried on two of my working hacks but all I get is a prohibited sign at boot (right after Opencore entry selection).

To me you lack the AVX2.0 instruction with your Ivy Bridge that is needed to drive the RX570 with Ventura. It loads the default macOS drivers. As I have an Ivy Bridge system too, I think we need to wait for...
