If you want a Vanilla installation then you need to look at the 400-series motherboards with a 10th Gen Intel CPU. As those were the last Intel chips/CPU's/IGPU's to be natively supported in macOS. So a Z490 Motherboard with an i9-10900K CPU, would be best for native macOS support. For RAM...
