I am not able to get Brightness control to work, the kext is at L/E, other than that the debug files are attached.
Please let me know what's wrong with my actual setup (Skylake 6820HK + Intel HD530 + Nvidia 980m GTX).
Bluetooth not working for some time now, i attached the files required (i am on High sierra 10.13.6 (17G7024)).
Used the method without clover kext-to-patches. Used AirportBrcmFixup for Wifi + BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext/BrcmPatchRAM2.kext.
Using a laptop with Nvidia 980m GTX on HDMI (and Intel HD530 on DP), both displays working well when plugged (either DP or HDMI) but no Audio on the NVIDIA HDMI out. I can see the Nvidia Audio codec but no Audio through HDMI.
Applehda is vanilla, also attached screenshot of the kext...
Hey guys, can you please let me know what was the status of the AGA with MacOs ? Other than NVIDIA Quadro K2000, was there any success with other graphic cards (e.g. 1080Ti) ? Is everything working properly with it (HDMI Video, HDMI audio, acceleration, etc. ) ?
Actually, everything was correct for me, the only thing that i had to do was to boot into windows first then reboot into mac, and now all is working well. My Graphics injections is performed through ACPI (SSDT-HDMI-HD530.aml).
The remaining problem that i have (yes i installed on APFS) is that...
Thanks mate, i already downloaded the latest USBinjectAll.kext from Rehabman's repo. No modifications required (since i already created a custom SSDT). All good so far for USB2/USB3 except wake from sleep with wireless mouse.
I did not try USB-C with an external drive, but i decided today to...
Problem fixed with the latest USBInjectAll.kext + SSDT-USB.aml (now external HDD is showing as external). Only problem remaining now is waked from USB. Do i have to change current values in the DSDT for the USB ports ?
I happens to me sometimes as well but did not look into it so far (not a big deal for me).
For the Null Codec i think it is related to the Intel HDMI audio that shows up in AIDA under windows, but i don't think we can get it to work (except on the USB-C port, which i never tested so far, no...
- OS X requires GPT, so if your Windows install is legacy, must convert to UEFI/GPT
- OS X doesn't like the MSR partition, so you have to remove it
- OS X requires 200+mb EFI partition, so if yours is smaller, must increase the size
You were right, had to reformat the HDD and partition...
Guys, not sure if anyone experienced this. I have the AW 15 r2 late 2015 version (skylake). I used your EFI folder and i can boot to the install, both the HDD (1Tb) and the SSD (256Gb samsung pm951) are detected. However, everytime i try to format a partion for install on either disks gives an...
