I currently have Mavericks installed on my SSD, while my Users directory is symlinked to an HDD (via System Preferences>Users&Groups>Advanced Options>Home directory). Can I upgrade to Yosemite on the SSD, simply point my home directory back to my untouched HDD and have it work fine?
