Are you still using this build by any chance? I have had graphics problems with my build ever since I updated to Yosimite and was wondering if changing my motherboard would help. I have the same i5 3330, so I am hoping to mirror your settings if you your still using.

No it was messed up for two years, but I fixed it last week with the information in this post. Then a few days ago my wife restarted the computer some OS updates installed and it stopped working again.

Once I the install of El Capitan finished I get stuck in an endless boot loop. I tried booting in verbose and safe mode but neither of those options helped. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this?

I have 3 3TB hard drives in my build and they are crashing one by one. Now only one of the three is working and I have to boot multiple times to get my computer to work.
