    Building a CustoMac: Buyer's Guide March 2013

Article: Building a CustoMac: Buyer's Guide March 2013 I don't think your processor and mobo are compatible. You'll need either a new mobo (1155, z77 etc etc) or an old sandy bridge processor. I'd opt for the new motherboard.

    one sleep/wake solution for z77 ep5th

THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I updated the BIOS to F9, found the setting, changed to disabled and sleep/wake now functions properly. Also of note, I don't believe any option to change this PLL Overclocking exists in version F8 for the Z77-UP5TH, so it's probably imperative to update to version F9.

    one sleep/wake solution for z77 ep5th

I'm having the same issue on a very similar build (same cpu, same mobo) and I have having trouble finding where to disable PLL in Bios (version F8). Is it possible to post a screen cap or image of where I can disable?
