So I have put together this config:
I have created my Install media with Unibeast, followed this guide: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/unibeast-install-macos-high-sierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.235474/
Started the install and...
After a little more thinking I was able to figure out which one you could think of! :)
Now, I did everything just as youwrote, but I'm getting an outlined circle in place of the Apple logo after initializing the Install.
I am using a really old 2.5 HDD, a WD250BEVS to be exact...
What do you exactly mean by this?
Could you please a link to which guide you mean here?
Haven't followed the hackintosh scene for years and now obvious things are making questions in my head. Sorry for it.
I really appreaciate your work, thanks a bunch for sharing it!!
Succesfully typed in but it doesnt work for me! It stops on the first screen where is set the language. All the Welcome sentences running through the screen, but I can't move the cursor, neither with external mouse, keyboard is also unresponsive. Any idea?
Btw I tried with all the Performance...
Thanks for this summary, you covered most of my questions and I'm almost sure I can make it work on my machine, but when I boot from the Multibeast 6.0 created 10.9 install USB there is some monochrome "Forbidden Sign" over the Apple logo. The spiral keeps spining under but...
Most videos and tasks run smoothly without glitches but some like look this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jgud5yclon77vkt/Screenshot%202013-10-28%2000.58.31.png
Those movies that have no glitches still look worse than streaming it via Plex.
Tried all kinds of RAM settings in BIOS, nothing changed.
I got some problem here since Mavericks I cannot proprely use my HD4000. Video playback is glitchy, slow. I took out the HDD from my MBP and it has 10.8.4 on it, it could play videos perfectly. I didn't modificated OS in any way, not even Multibeast. What am I missing?
Looks like the glitch disappears when using ML 10.8.4 again. Even if its an install of a MBP HDD without any modifications. Any suggestions?
Also Cinebench (R11.5)score boosts by 6 fps (16-»22)

I have a little problem using the HD4000 in the latest OS X.
Im using it on HDMI and set 1080p display in Multibeast. I tried 64 and 32MB ram in BIOS with the same results. Previously i got it working right with ML, what am I doing wrong? Should I need to edit something?
It seems pretty damn straight forward and easy as you did with the Asus MoBo. Still, im using tha same and im having a hard time to get it stable. Everything's seem to be working well for 18-24hours after then my system randomly freezes out ( beach ball - only reset helps ).
Im also using Clover 10.8.4 with HD4000 with no good results.
Previously i used Unibeast install of the ML10.8.2, graphics was great and almost everything was smooth except my system randomly freezed out. Now the freezing has gone, but my gaphics doesnt perform well.
Hey everybody out there!
I just installed Clover 10.8.4 on my Hack successfully and everything seems to run smoothly and rock steady unlike the previous installs of mine, at first look at least.
My HD4000 seems to under perform at video playback now, do i need to set something in order to...
Im going to be a Probook 4530s owner soon and these are the specs of my candidate, could you please have a look on it and tell me if it will work with 10.8.4?
So here are the components:
Wifi chip - Atheros AR9285 802.11 b/g/n
Ethernet - Realtek RTL8168/8111
Trackpad - Synaptic...
Does the Probook 4530s utilizes the sata 3 connectors? I checked them, it says sata 2 but im guessing it is only the device hooked to it is sata 2. Can you confirm it is indeed sata 3?
Edit: I got the answer, the Probook 4530s is sata 3! Does the ODD also connected via sata3?
