Tried a clean install of Catalina 10.15.4 ... everythink were ok except GPU, system reported "Display 5 MB" :( .

I found an old iMac (21.5", mid 2010, i3 3.06 GHz, Mavericks OS X 10.9) perfectly working and almost unused.

I found there the solution to my problem (won't boot without USB).
Bluetooth, network, USB3, sound, wake from sleep are working perfect.
The only (major) problem is the boot. It work only if boot from USB then MacOSX partition.
I tried a verbose boot, in the attached picture u can see the result.
As you can see, system freeze during "recovery partition...
Same here, random crashes, recovered by sudo ifconfig en0 down/up.
System: GA-Z87X-OC, Yosemite 10.10.1.
Tested all available kexts from Multibeast 7.0.x, for AppleIntelE100e (2.4.14, 2.5.4d, 188.8.131.52a, 3.1.0) and AppleIGB 184.108.40.206. . No "traces" in logs.
Same system ran perfect on Mavericks.
