sorry it is to much post to read all of them,
has anyone tried the 'vulgo' webdriver patch to enable High-Sierra nvidia webdriver into Mojave ?
also what is the difference between :
- whatevergreen ?
- vulgo webdriver or webdriver gui (https://github.com/vulgo/webdriver.sh or...
same here, but for Canal+ (french HD TV provider) website (mycanal.fr, need an account to view movie)
I open the website with safari on my hackintosh :
osx 10.13.4 running on core i7-4790, nvidia 1080 with latest nvidia driver, iGP disable
website keep telling me my screen is not HDCP...
same here with a GForce GTX960,
updated high sierra to 10.13.4
last nvidia driver gives me laggy interface
I came across this post and tried benjamin script, it installed me back to 25.106 web driver instead of the 30.103
Now the machine works smoothly.
however, GTX1080 machine works fine...
successfully installed an nvidia card (GT740) under the same motherboard, but...
faced the 'gIOScreenLockState 3' each time I booted with "nvidia webdriver option set in clover"
what I did to pass over this issue :
- disable IGFX and boot through PCIe
- disable Audio (that create the respawn...
if I look back on your post
so it is not an OS related issue, rather an hardware issue, booting first on VGA, then switching eventually to HDMI/DVI if available.
have you tried installing with VGA, then booting on VGA, then when UP switching to HDMI
or blind boot, wait until HDMI come up ...
I successfully installed HighSierra on this setup
1°) remove the nvidia carte to use only intel HD4600
2°) configure bios to remove "secure boot", "virtualisation"
3°) on USB cloverscreen, inject Graphical ID according to what is shown
Install as usual, well on the HardDrive as the NVMe SSD is...
on clover screen, move to "option icon"
this open a big menu list inside them you find "graphic"
and inside graphic you see your current graphic ID, and have an option to Inject pciid/graphic ID
as for high sierra it seems it is not needed anymore
but the Nvidia Webdrivers are not installed => download and install nvidia webdriver provided on this website
or not activated => activate them with injectNvidia or nvidiawebdriver bootflag (as said in the tutorial)
as far as I remember, when I have done my brother's hackintosh, I had to change Graphic Card ID by hand on first boots (before using multibeast) to make it load the installer when using HDMI connector.
I did set any flag at all and just went in the graphics menu to force my GTX1080 id
i'll retry soon as new unibeast and multibeast is out.
reminder before multibeast 10 release : upgrading sierra to highsierra went fine but lacks of USB3, direct install highsierra did not worked
you shoud have tried full installation from https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/unibeast-install-macos-high-sierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.235474/
instead of beta public installation, thanks to unibeast it should be easier to install
on my setup I could install it, and still use...
