I don't see a custom ssdt.aml file for USBinjectall.kext in this config. (no .aml in clover/acpi/patched)
so USB 3 ports are not being defined - see IOReg -pic no SSxports
Also you have generic usbxhci.kext in there, not needed if you have custom aml and usbinjectall
USB injectall is needed for fully functional USB3-2 ports
Building a custom SSDT with the 15 port limit as per my other guide
avoids USB ports from non functioning when there is an OS ugrade - where otherwise you need to wait for an updated port limit patch for that OS version.

Seems to be working in my case
see screenshot ...
I was running Geekbench for a bit and then cancelled it ... you can see the drop in power and frequency
native power management should only require
config.plist/ACPI/SSDT/Generate/PluginType=true (must use recent build of Clover)
I am using hot patching to install voodooI2C on my Dell XPS 9350
the voodooI2C are attaching to my touchscreen see IORegistryExplorer screen grab.
but apple I2C kext are attaching to touchpad even though I have the two Coolstar patches in config.plist

AirportBrcmFixup.kext (Lilu plug-in )
Introduced a patch for the KP
In version 1.1.4
though on my xps13 9350 I still have to disable the DW1820 wifi in bios to allow it to boot to OS even with latest version of AirportBrcmFixup.
iMessage can a bit more tricky,
but I think you can get it to work,
sign out of iMessage from all the devices you have first.
and then gradually add Messages to the devices one by one
starting with your phone I think is always best.
also make sure iCloud is enabled for messages
Not related to your iCloud issue,
but looking at your kext cache output
IntelGraphicsFixup.kext - no compatible dependency found for as.vit9696.Lilu.
IntelGraphicsFixup.kext is missing dependencies (including anyway; dependencies may be available from elsewhere)

Looking at your posting history, a lot of people already have given you advise on your build.
* my plist only works for my system , you cannot just copy a plist and hope for the best. You have different hardware (Mobo, processor, etc) + you are installing in Mojave ( this guide was high Sierra...
Thanks for this guide! @RehabMan
I was looking at the config.plist hd515-520-530-540 in the repository.
I see that in droptables xh_rvp10 is being dropped.
Would you mind explaining the full reasoning behind it?
just for me to understand, develop knowledge instead of just blindly copying.
