I have a new problem with my Hack where the display settings keep changing after a reboot no matter how many times I reset them to how I want them. I have two displays connected via display port and one via HDMI and the way I need them arranged is important for video editing. I've tried the NVRAM reset on OC and that doesn't make the settings stick.
Any suggestions welcome.

Tell us about the display settings you are trying to use, i.e. resolution & refresh rate for each display, arrangement of the displays. Then tell us how they are changing after a reboot , i.e. what is changing.

OK I have two Asus VH242H monitors (1 is the middle screen and 2 is the left screen and main display) and a Sony Flat Screen TV as an extended monitor on the right. The attached file shows the configuration I want. After I reboot most times it resets it to make the Sony TV the main display and the other two are then mirroring the TV.

I assume the Sony TV (4K?) is connected by a HDMI to HDMI cable and has the higher resolution of the three displays. I am thinking that macOS might naturally set the screen with the highest resolution as the main display. As that would normally be the case when external screens are added to an Apple system.

Are the 2 x Asus displays connected via DisplayPort, what resolution are they providing - 1920x1080 or 2560x1440?

When you are arranging the Displays to your satisfaction, does the System Properties > Display pane give you an option to set screen 2 as the main display, display 1 as extended or Mirrored and the TV as extended? I know the System Settings > Displays tab in Ventura does allow this arrangement. I would assume they are available but can't recall if the same options are available in Monterey.

Arranging the three displays in the order from left to right that you need is a simple as dragging and dropping them to that order.

The Sony TV is only 1080P. It is connected by HDMI yes and the other two monitors are by DP.
The funny thing is though that the Sony TV is not powered on and it still changes the display for that to be the main display.
And yes the system prefs does have the option to rearrange the displays as I like them with the type of display being main or extended etc and the positioning of each monitor but when I do that it doesn't always stick and randomly it will reset to the Sony TV being the main display and the other two mirroring it. It is happening more frequently now too, like every 2nd or 3rd reboot.

Have you used the ResetNvram.efi option on the OC boot screen immediately after setting your display arrangement?

It could be the Nvram settings are holding the previous arrangement/preferences in memory and you need to wipe/erase the current Nvram entries for the new to take their place.
