Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming build with working NVRAM

Please try the following:

config.plist > Booter > Quirks > AllowReallocationBlock = disable
config.plist > Booter > Quarks > EnableWriteUnprotector = disable
Hi, Thanks for the reply. I tried, but there was no effect. It is frustrating because your OC 0.9 build works perfectly well with 13.2. In 13.3, it gets right to the point where you would see the log in screen, but restarts instead.

Yeah. A few people have reported the same problem. Unfortunately, I no longer have this motherboard and can't replicate the problem... I'll keep trying to find a fix..

Those who have been having trouble with the Ventura 13.3 update, please try with this EFI.

@pastrychef - do you think the difference has something to do with AppleVTD? It looks like you don't have it enabled. I know that in mine, I enabled it, but I am not sure if I had enabled it correctly like CaseySJ did.

I did have it enabled, but I don't think it's a problem. On the last EFI I posted, I want to eliminate as many possibilities as possible for now and add it back later.

Hi,
No change for me, reboots at the same stage :(

@Dutchie2

Thanks for the heads up!!

Dutchie2 found the fix to the Ventura 13.3 update problem... Change the following in config.plist:

config.plist > Kernel > Quirks > ForceAquantiaEthernet = Disabled
