[Success] - Asus ROG Strix Z490-E Gaming + i9 10900K + OpenCore

only when I'm on the install Ventura icon but I didn't see it
I didn't do any thing else then I normally do when you have a new EFI
its btw awesome work it makes things so easy for me

I changed the scan policy but when booting it only shows my ssd with Ventura en hitting the spacebar showed some tools and recovery

but I still use an older EFI from you and that works perfectly and I update using OC Auxiliary Tools

Try using one of my older ones, and then updating that with OC Auxiliary Tools, see if it behaves any different...

Still stuck at the same point. I can only run the installer with EFI #1,206, but it doesn't detect the SSD.

Can you try this version and report back?

EFI-2-2 worked! The SSD has been detected, Ventura is installing… I will tell the rest when it is finished.

The installation is finished, it is a half success. I got a Ventura SSD which boots perfectly, but the system is very unstable. At the chance of a mouse click or a window opening, the system freezes and I have no more possible action, neither mouse nor keyboard. I have to restart with the power button. It may be a problem with the USB, because it no longer detects the introduction of a USB key. Could using USBToolBox help?

Probably not USB related but as a simple test please try the following. Try turning off the built in ethernet in the bios and seeing if that helps, I'm not sure we have that properly configured yet.

You included my USBPorts.kext and it's enabled right? Ventura REQUIRES a proper USB map to function correctly.

@Leesureone What did you change? Just curious what was blocking him from seeing the SSD.
Hey @scope666! I changed the ACPI SSDTs to match the OpenCore Guide for Comet Lake and removed the Device Property that disabled your Nvidia card, that's it. I left your USB Map enabled figuring it would be a good place to start.

You can try this if turning off the ethernet in the bios helps...
