[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Z590 VISION D + 11700K + RX 6600 XT

Try using the USBmap.kext from the newest EFI posted at the start of this thread and work your way from there with Hackintool to make your own map if you want it to be different. Don’t use any of the UIAC.aml files in the ACPI > Add if you use the USBmap.kext. You use either the kext or the aml, not both.

Use these instructions to get a bootable Windows icon in the OpenCore boot menu:

Did that just yesterday and it worked like a charm :)
Thank u for reply, so I don't know how I've been able to boot up and the USB ports seems to work, unfortunately the ethernet ports cause system crashes so I cannot connect them. I'm searching for some guides to figure out what the problem could be.

Windows still doesn't boot with Opencore. (I already had the boot icon but it doesn't boot, it remains stuck with the black screen)

EDIT: Finally be able to connect ethernet, but the Secure Boot Enable doesn't work, the BIOS says "invalid signature detected check secure boot policy in setup" so I can't boot Windows with Opencore yet.

Update 14.02.2023
Updated to macOS Ventura 13.2.1, OC 0.8.8 and all the kexts as well. Full EFI uploaded.

Hi tsanko,
thanks a lot for sharing your great EFI. First impression with your unchanged 088 EFI on fresh installed Ventura is very good.

Any suggestions what to change to optimize the system for my i9-10850K processor and Radeon Vega 56? It seems the informations in the first thread are no longer valid for Ventura.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi @Smallersen, thre is nothing special to change to. The guide is fully functional for Ventura as well. According to your CPU, you can use iMacPro1,1 instead of iMac20,2 because of the lack of iGPU (590 Series MB). Your GPU is natively supported. What kind of third party hardware do you have.... any special?

Edit: Remove the Cpuid1Data and Cpuid1Mask values, the SASMegaRAID.kext and the agpdmode=pikera bootarg as well.

Hi tsanko,
thanks a lot for your fast reply.
Removing the CPUID was okay, also removing agpdmode=pikera.

As you wrote in your first post of this thread I first used MacPro7,1, which worked good.

With iMacPro1,1 USB is gone completely. I tried my one port map kext, generated under Big Sur and iMacPro1,1 - no change. Any suggestions?

I´ll investigate further in the next days to get the fundamentals working...

If you want to reuse your USB ports kext with a different SMBIOS you should edit the info.plist of the kext to reflect the change.

Thanks for your answer.
I was already under iMacPro1,1 on Big Sur when I created the port map. Using this map under iMacPro1,1 and Ventura does not work.
But there is not a single USB port working under iMacPro1,1, not with tsankos port map and not with my one. So maybee its another problem. No time to investigate today any further.

With MacPro7,1 i used tsankos USB map and USB worked.
With iMacPro1,1 I and my iMacPro1,1 generated map no single port worked.

Are there such large differences between Big Sur and Ventura? With my USB map, iMacPro1,1 and Big Sur all USB ports worked.
