Hi, that's fabulous! If you want, here is the eFI of my build, I have your same hardware, also FENVI Bluetooth & WiFi and Titan Ridge, but these cards are disabled in the EFI. Remember that all credit for this EFI belongs to @CaseySJ

It is your EFI 0.8.3 published in your guide for this same board but the previous model, the Z690, CaseySJ also modified a Kext so that the internal audio works, the only thing I need is to make a USB map although the one that this EFi incorporates works perfectly, the two rear USB2 do not work and there are several rear USB3 that have conflicts with some devices, when Christmas is over I will try to create the map, but otherwise the computer works like a charm, greetings.

You don't have supported graphics. Look into buying a supported AMD card first. Try the Buyer's Guide section of the forum.

I'm debating between getting the Aero G vs the Aorus Elite X. For those of you who made the choice, may I ask why you chose one over the other? It looks like the Aorus is working perfectly. But from what I can gather on these posts, the Aero seems to be workable as well (perhaps with a bit more work?). Thanks!

Radeon 6700, 6700XT and 6750XT are not supported in macOS.

Radeon 6600, 6600XT and 6650XT will work. Also 6800, 6800XT, 6900XT and 6950XT will work.

Awesome!!:)
I finally had time to assemble my new machine:

1. update bios to f3 (I tried with f4i but without success, there are more options but I couldn't boot)
2. Set BIOS/Firmware parameters to z690 @CaseySJ
3. I enable the 120gb XMP manually changing the memory frequency to less (mine are 5200mhz I can put 4900mhz, if I put more for example 5000mhz I get a black screen and I can't enter the bios anymore, I just reset the bios) . I tried until I had as much as possible.
4. To be faster, I made a copy of my installation on an ssd and just changed the EFI posted here by @WoodCabin.
5. Just booting, worked the first time, Awesome!!

Works:
Audio, tested all outputs - OK
Wifi / bluetooth with my Fenvi - HB1200 - OK
2.5GbE LAN (tested with my server, very fast) -OK
I continue to test and so far everything is very fluid, very good.

what does not work:
The second sleep issue mentioned by @nottooshabby : "Sleep works as expected the first time but will freeze the second time unless you enable ERP / S3 / S4 / S5 / S6 (whatever your board supports) sleep support."
I have ERP enabled but it doesn't work.

Many thanks to everyone, especially: @CaseySJ / @WoodCabin

I preferred the Aero G because it seems better for cooling, it has another M.2 (useful for creatives) and because it is white. but both boards are top.
