Hi, because of your post, I also got this adaptor.
But couldn't get it to work.
What did you install?
I tried to install Bluetoothfixup but I think I did it wrong.
Added it to the kext folder and OC configurator:
But I get a message it won't load....

I got it to work!
I installed the newest bluet fixup file using OC auxiliary tools.
Rebooted, done.

But it broke my audio through Displayport :(

SmallTreeIntel82576.kext should not be placed within any other kext. It looks like you copied the SmallTreeIntel82576.kext to the /Contents/MacOS folder in BlueToolFixup.kext. That is why your first attempt failed.

Are you sure you had the Audio through DP setup correctly in the first place? As adding a USB/Bluetooth related kext shouldn't effect the DP audio, if it is setup correctly.

Have you checked that the System Preferences > Sound > Output option hasn't changed and is still set for your DP device?

Yes, I double checked the audio settings in Ventura.
Just before the reboot it was still working.
 
I Unplugged DPort und plugged it back in, now it works.
Strange...

I try every combination but not doesnt work I wanna make life simple :) In atach is my EFI

The EFI is not OpenCore, it is Clover. Not sure how you can get the USB fix to work on Clover.

You may have to move over to OC and then try and fix usb.

Maybe is problem USB Hub, BT Dongle is attached on USB Hub
