Motherboard
MSI MPG Z390
CPU
i9-9900K
Graphics
UHD 630
I tried to install Monterey and/or BigSur to NUC-like PC based on i9-8950HK, but installation boot stuck on DSMOS has arrived.
According to Mactracker that CPU has installed in MacBookPro 2018 15,1 and 15,3 models, so i used first one while generated SMBios.
My custom SSDTs has been generated on target Linux machine with SSDTTime.
On BigSur i'm having simmiliar error except no DMOS error appeared.
After some search i have found that only guy was able to run Mojave on same CPU

Not an error but an essential part of every boot.

I would be more concerned by :

Eventually found the same as mine Motherboard S200 Nuc thread on tonymac forum and used @Amateur85 the latest entire EFI OCR config for Monterey and it worked. After successful installation of Monterey 12.6 updated OCR and kexts to the latest versions and added kexts for Intel WIFI/BT 3165. BT and WIFI now working fine too.
The only question i have for now - do i actually need to change SMBios e.g. macbook pro 15,1 to match my CPU i9-8950HK ? Because as you may see MacOS detects it as Corei7, controversy Hackintool shows real CPU.

No. Using a Laptop SMBIOS on a Desktop may well lead to more problems.

@P1LGRIM You was right, just for test, i have changed smbios to macbook 15,1 and then 15,3 and got problem with bluetooth and usb ports none were working. Moreover MacOS continued to insist that i7 CPU detected, so i cleared nvram and reverted back to macmini8,1
