Anyone upgraded to OC 0.8.4 ?
Apologies for the late reply. Are you using iMac20,1 (not iMacPro 20,1)?Yes, I did, but no changes, BT always off. I use iMac Pro 20.1
Yes, the upgrade went smoothly through HackinDROM.Anyone upgraded to OC 0.8.4 ?
Also I just did a blackmagic speed test for my SN850 2tb nvme and the speeds dont go to the advertised 7000mb but it goes to only 5700~. nvme is installed to the very top nvme socket.Same build as original post but with i9 12900k. Question is that when I do a shut down then within 3 seconds the pc shuts down~which is super fast but then why I power it on the I get an error saying”you shut down your computer because of a problem”. What can be causing this. I cleared the logs from the library folder which got rid of the pop ip error but the log keeps growing with every shutdown or restart. Please help.

Was the test file size around 1GB? If not, then the results do tend to be lower notwithstanding any BIOS settings. You could also try Aja System Lite Test to see if there’s a discrepancy. Also I just did a blackmagic speed test for my SN850 2tb nvme and the speeds dont go to the advertised 7000mb but it goes to only 5700~. nvme is installed to the very top nvme socket.
It doesn’t matter what size selected as same outcome. Was the test file size around 1GB? If not, then the results do tend to be lower notwithstanding any BIOS settings. You could also try Aja System Lite Test to see if there’s a discrepancy.
