Basically I started a whole new EFI and now I'm here, I think it's saying I have a restricted processor, I know I got it to load before what am I missing, I updated the lilu & whatever green kext, can someone confirm this boot issue
You need SSDT-PLUG-ALT to get through this, plus -wegbeta -no_compat_check agdpmod=pikera in the boot-arg.

i added it but still no, it did get a lil farther though, here is the EFI check and see, also i noticed my config checker and oc validator in oc configurator dont work im using 0.8.4, i also see a lot of people have success with oc 0.8.3 wondering if that's a factor

That is quite possible. Unfortunately I haven't yet tested OC 0.8.4 on my Z690 config yet.
I would also advise try swapping over to iMacPro,1,1 SMBIOS and see if that helps.

Just curious - where did you find the CFG Lock option in the Z690-P BIOS?
I can't quite remember, but if it was in the guide I definitely would have set it. I think it was either in the Boot or Advanced settings.

I couldn't find it so I enabled applecfglock in opencore configurator if you find it post how to get there

There is no CFG Lock disable option in the ASUS Z690-P BIOS. Period!

Update
Here's the complete BIOS manual: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...UF_GAMING_Intel_600_Series_BIOS_EM_WEB_EN.pdf
Well that puts a rest to that question but still I can't get the system to boot with OC 0.8.4 and Mac os 12.1 on Asus Bios 1620, I'm still trying to figure out a solution. On top of that my MacBook pro fcpx is acting up and glitching and I have to other computers to hackintosh in pipeline.

Control Pre-boot IOMMU Behavior → Enable IOMMU during boo
Do you have IOMMU enabled in your bios settings?
